A highly astute and effective Commercial Contract Specialist with over 12 years as a Contract Specialist and over 25 years experience in the Information Technology Services & Communication (ITS&C) industry possessing strong contract review, contract drafting, and contract negotiation skills, as well as ITS&C technical and communication knowledge.I am thorough, pragmatic and detailed, working with a commercial approach to support the goals of my clients in making sure their practices are adequately protected contractually and operate with safe and sound contracting principles.
