During the course my business experiences, I have developed the ability to balance multiple and competing priorities relating to the customer service, operational, financial, EHS, facility and managerial goals of the organization. I have developed an understanding of business strategies and have embraced a Lean culture of continuous improvement which has driven variable cost productivity, increased revenue, reduction of footprint and overall positive results. I am customer centric and strive to work with customers to provide solutions that exceed their expectations. I continuously review commitments to customers, both internal and external, to ensure quality and timely execution of goals and objectives.
