Learning+ was a new program within Education, providing SA students at participating schools access to free one-to-one online tutoring with qualified teachers, after school and on weekends. This program aims to improve learning outcomes for participating students.Within this role as project officer, I helped coordinate and support the program through various administrative tasks, working with my team to help coordinate and co-design new policies and procedures and help analyse and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy. I also implemented our current auditing process and maintain these along with other staff members, to ensure best and protective practices are upheld.I was involved in the recruitment, pay claims and HR aspect of the project, where I have daily communications with our stakeholders and tutors, assisting in any issue that may arise in these fields. From this role I learnt many aspects of events right from the concept to creation and believe this role has really cemented the knowledge I learnt from my diploma into physical tasks and skills.

During this medical reception role I learnt numerous Medicare online claiming techniques and numbers, learnt and used Zed Med, Pracsoft, and Medical Director.
