An diesem Projekt habe ich gearbeitet:„Gestaltungskompetenz als Innovator für hochzuverlässige Organisationen im Gesundheitssystem“ (GIO)Ziel des Forschungsvorhabens GIO ist es eine nachhaltige Sicherheitskultur im Gesundheitssystem zu etablieren. Hierzu wird ein neuer Ansatz entwickelt, der die charakteristischen Merkmale aus Modellen von hochzuverlässigen Organisationen sowie derer der Patientensicherheit mit dem Gestaltungskompetenzmodell vereinbart. Das transdisziplinäre Projekt ist durchgängig in Form eines iterativen Erkenntnis- und Entwicklungsprozesses angelegt. In drei Fallstudien am Beispiel eines Krankenhauses werden gelingende Beispiele für Patientensicherheit ermittelt und in Lerninputs für eine interaktive Lernumgebung überführt.Auf dieser Basis der Projektorganisation und -durchführung werden einerseits ein substantieller Beitrag zur Theorieentwicklung geleistet, in dem Erkenntnisse aus den Fallstudien in ein erweitertes theoretisch-konzeptuelles Rahmenmodell einfließen, andererseits erhalten Gesundheitseinrichtungen eine an ihre jeweiligen Struktur- und Prozessbedingungen angepasste Unterstützung, hin zu einer gestaltungskompetenten und hochzuverlässigen Organisation.
