Assisted the Community Manager in the lease up of new construction. Focused on marketing efforts in downtown market, network events, obtaining leases and retaining current residents through positive experiences, and retention events. Responsible for all rent collections, evictions and collections.-Community Manager of Chapel Walk Apartments in Greensboro NC from 2009-2010.
