From welcoming international artists in no. 1 touring venues, facilities and project management of the theatres, owning a tea room and catering franchises for the sailing community to teaching, learning and development to HR. Years of experience of managing people, training and development in all the areas of my work has helped me to forge a career with people.Not one to shy away from hard work, working full time and studying a CIPD Level 5 People Management qualification to ensure that I can deliver on all the people practices but with a particular fondness for L & D, coaching, mentoring, developing management programmes and nurturing talent.
