My practice focuses on preconception mental health care through parenting children to the age of 5. This includes questioning if one wants to parent, solo parenting, infertility, third party reproduction support, and peri and postpartum support. I provide empathic and collaborative care that supports and guides clients through the questions, challenges and goals that have brought them to seek support. I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches including attachment based, psychodynamic, behavioral and somatic therapies to tailor my approach to work with a client's strengths and their unique needs.Specifically for my parenting clients, I'd like to note that the first five years of a child's life can be a tremendous challenge. They are also the foundation upon which a child's later development rests. Supporting families and young children is my passion and life's work.
