Family Law: Open new files, meet with clients, draft all types of pleadings, interactwith Court staff daily, prepared attorneys for trial, responsible for discovery anddisclosure to and from clients, telephone contact with clients daily, in office meetingwith clients daily, attend and assist attorneys at trial, perform legal research forattorneys, manage.

Criminal Law and Trial Preparation: Open new files, manage attorney calendars, scheduleinterviews with witnesses and police officers, handle all disclosure and discovery, obtainall necessary materials to process and litigate criminal charges, attend and assist attrial, and any other duty as assigned.

Directly Manage approximately 30 people, indirectly manage over 250 people, responsiblefor hiring, terminating, assess performance, coaching poor performance, responsible forproductivity levels, team project manager implementing new software/hardware for customerservice department. Responsible for computer applications to ensure functionality andimplement.
