In Dec 2023 I took on the challenge of setting up a brand new service in Easterhouse with focus around supporting young adults with Autism and giving them the opportunity to move into their own home and develop life skills and independence. We are pioneering a new technology assistance to person centered support that is looking to help create a less intrusive support. Previously I Managed a team of Support Practitioners in the Maryhill area as part of a Housing support team who support Adults in their own homes. The individuals have a range of Mental health and support needs vary from financial, social support and homecare.

My role includes -Collection of entry fee-Swapping customers shoes for skates, then returning their correct shoes at the end of the session-Teach customers who are struggling to skate-Prevent collisions when a customer falls-Make sure safety equipment is worn correctly-Loading and unloading the van of all the disco equipment

Working with young women who have found themselves to be homeless and in need of a fresh start. Support them to build life skills to be able to look after and maintain their tenancy whilst in the unit to enable them to move on and into their own tenancy.

Agency work covering staff shortages in Care Homes, Palitive hospital wards and other care services.

Working the bar at festivals across Scotland. So far I have worked-Stone Roses @ Gig on the Green (Glasgow)-T in The Park (Kinross)-Summer Sessions (Glasgow)- Radio 1 Big Weekend (Glasgow)

Maintaining the grounds of the Estate-Cutting grass with various types of lawn mowers-Strimming-Edging-Blowing fallen leaves/debris-Laying turf-Chopping firewood-General checks of a caravan park-Handled a tractor and digger

-Maintaining a high level of customer service-Maintaining all company KPI's to their highest level-Head of sales on the women's floor responsible for hitting all financial and KPI based targets for my section-Cashing up/back of house procedures-Processing deliveries/transforms from, receiving and issuing to importing/exporting on to the back office stock management system-Visual merchandising within the store including dressing windows, mannequins and individual displays across the store-Inducting new members of staff-Processing daily/weekly replenishment based on sales data-Successful transition of the store from full price to sale and back again whilst remaining commercial and profitable

-Based in both Private and Council nurseries-Responsible for entertaining children in a structured environment-Tidying up after the children while teaching them to do the same-Feed children whole struggled to feed themselves-Clearing up and washing the dishes-Preparing food to high standards and in accordance to different diets and allergies-Excursions

-Dealing with drinks orders, creating and delivering them to the customer-Re-Stocked the bar every night-Kept records of spillages-Cleaned and organised the bar at the end of every shift-When busy I also dealt with meal orders and service-Totalled the bill and obtained payment-Worked the night club on New Years Eve-Process orders efficiently to reduce waiting time
