The Company went into Administration in January 2012. Since January I have worked closely with the Administrators to supply information to the data room for potential new buyers, together with answering employees concerns regarding the process. Switched industries to broaden HR experience. The Company issued notice of new contracts to employees within the maintenance department, which came into force in December 2010. I managed the grievances, termination appeals and tribunal issues that were raised as a result of these business changes. Covered other day to day HR issues due to the long term absence of one of the HR Advisors.
