Signal Processing Institute, Computer Vision and Medical Imaging Group Development of innovative biomedical image analysis tools for multi-valued images (Diffusion MRI, algorithm development in Matlab, C/C++).Research on high dimensional image processing (3D segmentations, level set methods, statistical image analysis, clustering). Collaboration with the CHUV (University Hospital of Lausanne) for clinical studies and development of tools for neurosurgical planning. Visiting researcher at NMR Center, MGH, Harvard Medical School. Supervision of student diploma/semester projects and teaching assistant duties.
