• Leading on all social inclusion work for the Support to Ukraine’s Reforms for Governance (SURGe), including developing advocacy strategies, conducting and analyzing citizen needs assessments for policy development, and supporting programming focused on quality education, corrections reform, NATO integration, government services, regional investments, and community services for children and families. • Leading communications work, including building research into communications pieces, developing the social media presence of the project, and illustrating the value of our work to both national and international audiences. • Leading on monitoring, evaluation, and learning, included donor reporting, development of monitoring tools, indicators, and plans, and supporting others to build these skills. • Managing the three local gender equality and social inclusion experts and the local monitoring and evaluation expert, including regular planning sessions, coaching, and mentoring.

• Developed the first country strategic plan, including a theory of change and monitoring system, leading the organisation to focus their Myanmar work. Gathered information and feedback from stakeholders to ensure buy in and built the necessary relationships to develop our partnership portfolio to allow us to reach our goals. • Lead applications for 4 funding opportunities, including developing the strategy and theory of change, building project measurement frameworks, developing the learning plan, and working closely with local partners to ensure their perspectives were integrated.• Developed and institutionalized the processes and systems to keep programming on track in a very new country program office, including international support tracking document, shared filing systems, work planning and reviewing processes, budget review and planning processes, and regular performance review processes. • Represented the organization development circles, building the brand for a relatively new country programme. This included being voted on to the steering committee for the INGO Forum, being voted as representative to the South-East Working Group, and being voted as an alternate on the Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment Working Group.

• Lead Oxfam’s work in education, and extractive industries, with a central theme of increasing citizen voice and building responsiveness within state institutions. Projects included Chukua Hatua, Fahamu, Ongea, Sikilizwa, and My Rights, My Voice, among others, with a total budget responsibility of USD 21 million+. • Designed and managed advocacy campaigns on revisions to the constitution, educational reform, and free, prior, and informed consent for communities affected by resource extraction. • Managed a consortium of 4 partner organizations for work on revisions to the constitution and around citizen engagement in election education and monitoring.• Acted as part of the Country Management Team to provide strategic leadership, contributing to updating the country strategy, and contributed to regional and international programming as well.

• Developed and facilitated interactive youth trainings on climate change, gender, volunteerism, leadership, local governance, and organizational management. • Drafted fundraising proposals, donor reports, and case studies.• Prepared logistics, presentations, and field visit arrangements for visiting donors.

• Coordinated the creation and adoption of the SADC Regional Gender Policy and supported on the SADC Protocol on Gender and Development. This included the development of advocacy plans, working with Ministers of Gender in the 14 member states, and negotiation of text. • Researched and drafted press releases, website material, and speeches for Minister and Heads of State. • Launched the SADC Gender News, a monthly publication to encourage gender mainstreaming across the organization.• Represented SADC at various international, regional and sub-regional meetings.
