Current• Demonstrate expertise in ascertaining and analyzing current gaps in training requirements as well as designing, integrating, and evaluating L&D solutions and processes across Aesthetic Operations.• Originate, establish, and oversee the Train the Trainer Program across Austin Operations and implement effective trainer tools such as Rise 360 and Procedure Flow.• Promote the continual development of 14 trainers and monitor their progress in furthering their skillset while ensuring alignment between the curriculum and business rules to operations.• Formulate, establish, and track key metrics that parallel learning and performance objectives to scale employee performance. • Direct projects involving the participation of stakeholders, such as engineers, marketing, and program teams across multiple functional areas, including the technical deployment of internal and external POS and consumer systems.• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and implement various learning methods companywide, such as coaching, job-shadowing, and online training.• Assess the success of development plans, help employees make the most of learning opportunities, and support managers in developing their team members through career pathing.
