Evaluates and designs programs/reports to improve business processes for coworkers and members. Creates complex reports using SQL, Power BI, Excel, & PowerOn software. These reports are used to understand trends, identify anomalies, and monitor activity. Manages projects and Help Desk assignments for the Programming department. Collaborates with Senior Management and compliance officers to review policies and procedures; designs, develops, and tests appropriate solutions. Including but not limited to overhauling executive reports, SharePoint intranet, account opening, loan origination, quality assurance, digital banking conversion, and annual audits.

Instructor for Fundamentals of Customer Service. Developed curriculum and course material for the Certified Credit Union Specialist certificate. Course covered compliance, communication, and customer service skills. Recognized by the League of Southeastern Credit Unions.
