Research & Resolution Specialists
Current• Responsible for service delivery by researching and resolving issues regarding Armada Transportation and Storage and T&R invoices, collections, and financial reporting. • Collaborates with internal partners including client experience, operational excellence, billing, and accounts payable, to manage invoicing and ensure seamless service delivery. • Maintains positive relationships with vendors to support the health of the Armada program and proactively oversees potential issues to prevent service delays or operational losses. • Manages service tickets, ensuring they are maintained to an acceptable level, and prioritizes issues for timely resolution, notifying leadership when necessary . • Monitors vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with statements of work (SOW), coordinating directly with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.• Utilizes client interface software (ePlan), internet, and multiple client management tools to handle day-to-day client requests.
