Miss Lisa Freeman, the Business Owner of the Lili and Grace Group of Companies has produced a set of 5 unique complimentary companies which when used in unison will improve life outcomes for all service users.At Grace Recruitment we aim to do this by being person and family focused. We are a provider of homecare provision, family helpers (advocates), personal assistants, administrators, housekeepers and employment to the local community.Miss Lisa Freemans grounds for producing such unique companies, is due to her 20 years of research and working at ground level within the community for the last six years with those most vulnerable in society. In society there are many Socioeconomic factors which we are judged or classed by, according to the Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) which is split into 7 categories Income, Employment, Health, Education, Housing, Environment and Crime.Its these groups which we intend to target and remove the stigma surrounding these issues. We aim to promote independence, autonomy and self-sufficiency.Miss Freeman also has 15 years commercial recruitment experience, add to that her counselling and working with families and children - she really knows her stuff.
