Oversee and ensure that the overall store condition complies with company standards including; cleanliness, store and food service - fast, friendly and delicious, sanitation, customer service and merchandising – thereby maximizing store profitability, expense control, inventory levels and shortage control. Manage quality and consistent marketing and merchandising of store and food service programs. Hire and develop team. Provide friendly customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and concerns. Maintain in-stock on top selling items. Implements marketing campaigns and sales promotions, and prepare merchandise displays. Monitor sales activities through cashier analysis. Drive sales and profits in a high volume, complex location. Analyze financial data including but not limited to profit and loss statements, shortages, cashier analysis to identify business opportunities and increase sales. Plan, implements and enforces Company policies, goals and programs. Ensure quality and consistent implementation of all marketing, merchandising, food service and gasoline programs maintaining an awareness of safety and security and high level of store appearance.

Supervise daily store operations and ensure the achievement of store sales goals. Recruit store sales team and train and develop their skills. Takes responsibility in controlling shrinkage, expenses, and inventory levels of the store. Order to ensure the meeting or exceeding of in-stock targets and inventory management issues on a weekly basis; follow up on cycle counts. Stage, stock and store merchandise. Ensure that all merchandise is presented according to established practices; utilize merchandise fixtures properly including presentation, product pricing and signage. Maintain accurate inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls. Ensure cashier accountability, key control, and adherence to stated company security practices and cash control procedures. Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures manual, Employee Handbook, and company communications; ensure employee compliance.
