Division’s revenue per headcount metric is best in company.-Improved company’s cash position in 2008 by reducing raw material inventory by 20% ($600K) through improved purchasing processes and aggressive oversight of excess material reports.

-Company identifies Applied Materials as a strategic customer in 2003 and creates a business unit.As a member of this newly formed unit I was tasked with aligning internal groups such as engineering, purchasing and manufacturing to help create a lean and highly responsive organization. Unit sales grew to $11M.-Implemented forecast BOMs and creation of reports that blended sales order, job status and purchase order status information into one easy to interpret report.

-Implemented company ERP/MRP system. Allowed the company to manufacture its first $1M order on time and without excess material.-Responsible for procuring all inventory and non-inventory items to support production, research and development, facilities and staff.-Responsible for negotiating the best possible pricing, lead-time and terms and conditions.
