As a regional recruitment specialist I am responsible for data base management, physician recruitment website management, identifying potential physician candidates, tracking information about prospective and available physicians, preparing monthly reports and following up on physician inquiries as required. I provide support to the Director and Physician Recruiters in their efforts to recruit and retain physicians on behalf of AdventHealth and am involved in ensuring our recruitment efforts are well-matched with growth goals across the region.
