I partner with persons seeking optimal health and vitality. I am particularly focused on clients who desire to optimize brain health and functioning and to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's Disease. With my guidance, clients discern goals that resonate with their intrinsic values, character strengths and motivations. Working with clients, I facilitate improving their nutrition, movement and exercise, managing stress, enjoying restorative sleep, developing themselves professionally and/or personally, maintaining fulfilling relationships, and deepening their spiritual lives. I am a professional with two Master’s Degrees in "Spirituality and Health" and in Theological Studies. I received health coaching certifications from both the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As of August 2019, I am a nationally board certified Health and Wellness Coach, which is administered by the National Board of Medical Examiners.
