Lead the executive board in incorporating the organizations mission of education and networking. Work to expand membership by offering engaging and up to date educational opportunities. Provide leadership to members seeking to achieve certification thru American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Market and fundraise for the organization to promote fiscal stability. Event plan for several educational conferences, meetings and seminars throughout the year.

Manage the day to day operations of 3 busy cost centers; Cardiac Rehab, EKG/Stress and ECHO. The responsibilities include and are not limited to direct supervision of fitness and nursing staff, EKG/Stress technicians, ECHO technicians. Direct and indirect supervision of cardiac rehabilitation participants. Work closely with the Director of Rehabilitation Services to maintain fiscal stability and budget accuracy for all department. Maintain Cardiac Rehabilitation program in accordance of the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and CMS guidelines. Maintain ECHO department in accordance of IACEL and CMS guidelines. Participate in committees such as but not limited to: Heart Failure Task Force, Tobacco Cessation Initiative, American Heart Walk Captains Committee, Community Outreach, Patient Experience as well as Cardiology Department meetings with the Cardiovascular Institute at Sinai Hospital. Marketing, promotion and networking within the LifeBridge Community with the goal of improvement of referral rates, reduction in readmission rates and HCAPS scores for all appropriate diagnosis for the Cardiac Rehab program.
