About Lisa Giannone

Born and raised in a large Italian family in New Rochelle, NY. I was blessed with two incredibly strong influences, my mother and grandmother. Growing up I never lacked love, encouragement, tradition, or food. Every celebration was elaborate and unique. No detail was ever too small.From special party themes to homemade cakes and meals they made each family member feel like the favorite. I saw firsthand the love that can be expressed by gathering friends and family for any reason.As I began planning my own events, I realized how naturally they came. Their greatest joy was making others feel special and it is mine as well.LMC- Is dedicated to My Grandmother and Mother, Marianinna and Catherine. I also conducted negotiations regarding payment arrangements and referred delinquent accounts to the collections agency.Utilizing considerable communication skills, I provided supervision for over 20 Associates, conducted interviews, recruited individuals and determined salary levels, delegated assignments and coordinated vacations and performance evaluations.
