With over 30 years of experience in mindfulness practices, I have dedicated my career to improving the lives of educators, students, and families through the power of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). As Chief Strategy Officer at Inner Explorer, I have played a pivotal role in program development and research, ensuring that our evidence-based mindfulness programs make a meaningful impact in school communities.My journey began with an undergraduate degree from the University of California-Berkeley, followed by Clinical Training in Behavioral Medicine with Dr. Herbert Benson at Harvard Medical School. I also hold a certification in MBSR from the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts. These foundations have equipped me to contribute significantly to Inner Explorer, where I served on the Board of Directors and continue to guide our strategic initiatives.Through my private practice, I have worked with children, adults, and corporate clients, teaching the value of mindfulness to enrich lives and promote well-being.
