Led the 're-invention' of the desktop with new products, form factors and user experiences, which opened new market segments and categories for growth. Resulted in growing this multi-billion dollar business with record financial results in 2014, a turnaround from 8 quarters of decline. Also manage the Service Provider Division (SPD), which produces processors for cable gateways and set top boxes. SPD has grown to be the #1 supplier in cable gateway SOCs. Led Intel's proposed acquisition of Lantiq, expanding the home gateway business, adding technologies for the connected home, and broadening Intel's IOT portfolio.

Managed Intel’s datacenter product line, including streamlining Intel’s server product roadmap and creating new product lines to address emerging new competitors. Drove strong server revenue results with growth outpacing rest of the market and $11.2B in revenue in 2013, up 7% over 2012.

Responsible for engineering for datacenter platform-level components, technologies, operations, and customer technical support. Also responsible for P&L and product line for server motherboards and systems division (EPSD). Managed team of 1300 people. Grew EPSD revenue and profit while reducing spending per product by 50%. Tripled the product line on flat R&D budgets, resulting in >30% annual revenue increase. Worked closely with international customers and suppliers in China and Taiwan, including extensive work with ODMs, who manufactured EPSD’s designs. Closed 3 of the largest customer deals in EPSD's 20 year history.
