Specific experience includes corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management (including, in particular, environmental, social, cybersecurity, and governance matters), and business and talent development. Specialties include secured lending, commercial real estate workouts, mergers and acquisitions, real estate management, infrastructure, airports, transportation, and utilities. My executive leadership experience includes founding, managing, and growing the Los Angeles office of a large national law firm, and running a portfolio of industrial, retail, hospitality, and multi-family real estate in Los Angeles County.As a public official for the City of Los Angeles, appointed by two LA Mayors to the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Industrial Development Authority, I was recognized for eight years of exemplary service by the State of California and the LA City Council.Staying cutting edge as a board member requires a commitment to director education and excellence.
