Manage the daily functions of the County Administration Office. Work closely with the County Administrator, Deputy County Administrator, and the Director of Administrative Services to implement and manage projects. Facilitate meetings, lead committees and subcommittees, coordinate schedules, and assist with research on various initiatives. Assist departments with the writing, submission, and management of grants. Trained by the Annie E. Casey Foundation in the Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative (JDAI). Gather, input, and analyze juvenile detention data in order to report back to the Steering Committee and the State JDAI Committee. Work closely with Juvenile Judges, State Probation, the Juvenile Justice Center, and other outside juvenile justice agencies. Present reports and data to various state and national committees, including the Annie E. Casey Foundation. Assist the Juvenile Court Judges with the coordination and facilitation of the ‘Through the Eyes of a Child’ Initiative. Secretary of the Sarpy County and Cities Wastewater Agency. Collaborate with all five Mayors in Sarpy County as well as their Administrators and Assistant Administrators. Facilitate all public meetings, file Agency meeting minutes, agendas, and documents. Work with outside financial, legal, engineering, and planning advisors to ensure the Agency continues to progress to implementation of a new wastewater treatment facility in order to spur growth and development in Sarpy County.

Assisted clients with formulating and implementing the best benefit plan for their employee group. Audited annual benefits data and submitted federal 5500 filings. Gathered data and information in order to create annual benefit statements for clients.

Responsible for overseeing payroll and benefits for over 400 employees. Conducted all new hire orientation, background checks and drug testing. Assisted in the selection process, interviewing, hiring, disciplinary action, compensation plans and performance reviews. Assisted the Human Resources Manager with all functions of the office on a daily basis. Worked with the Sales Team on negotiating car sales at the Dealer Sales Desk on auction days. Responsible for counting all the cash for deposit after the sale.
