In this position, I was presented with a wonderful opportunity to bring over the skills I learned while working at Earls to Starbucks. My skills for this particular role: friendly customer service, quick, yet quality service, working efficiently under pressure and team building.

At first, I was hired on as a bus-boy and then I obtained the responsibilities of food expediter and hostess. In these differing roles, I learned how to asses and adapt to a busy environment, keep calm and composed towards customers, stay task-oriented and work efficiently in a large group setting.
