- Establishing and managing relations with warehouse, carriers, customs brokers, sales force and customers.- Assessing and resolving issues relating to warehousing, distribution, import and export and logistics systems. - providing comprehensive logistical support for both inbound and outbound shipments.- ensuring to process orders and on-time deliverySuccessfully assisted the integration of the Swiss warehouse into a shared distribution center in 2021 and also had a leading function with the Austrian switch to the same distribution center in 2022

Customer Service:- Providing competent customer service, both to external customers as well as to internal stakeholders- Taking care of all Customer requirements independently, on-time, and according to company standards- Close cooperation with the Sales and marketing teams to ensure full customer satisfaction - Coordination with external warehouses and logistics Partners to ensure on-time customer deliverySAP Super User:- Super user function for SAP IRIS for Customer Service Team: reporting and handling of IDocs, open/edit service tickets, daily system checks, providing SAP-Training and support to new employees - Analysis of existing processes in customer service in order to find and implement improvements- Responsible for setting up EDI processing of orders and invoices, and monitoring the interfacesFrom 2017-2018 I was part of the SAP implementation-project (ECC) within EMEA, with a 100%-assignment to the project as a Business Data Owner and Business Process Champion.After successfull implementation of SAP in Austria I was also supporting some other next wave-countries within the OTI department.
