Decreased freight costs by $47,000 in consolidating purchases, increasing pars and converting products to contracted vendors. Decreased inventory by $80,000 and increased inventory turns from 7 to 14 at Maryvale.

Supervised 8 personnel in the areas of Materials Management and Central Sterile. Created a patient care equipment center within Central Sterile which saved the facility over $250,000 over the first 5 years. Instituted a purchasing card system for small or routine purchases and maintained the contract files.
