I am primarily responsible for delivering and assessment of students under taking nationally accredited training.Training of these qualifications will predominantly utilize both classroom and workplace delivery modes. The role requires not only direct contact with students but may require extensive liaison with workplace supervisor and representatives as well as facilities managers.The Trainer and Assessor is required to work in line with National Competency Standards for each qualification and assist in meeting compliance standards against the Australian Qualifications Training Framework (AQTF).
