Responsible for supervising and processing the file process operation, and data workflow for 30 hospitals inbound and outbound placement, communication files and payment files through an FTP data base •Ensure programming is effectively communicating between operations systems • Serve as a liaison for file operations for multiple hospitals nation wide •Work with the company IT data team to implement effective file workflows, and programming during new and existing client implementations •Daily client communication to ensure claims process and workflow is being completed efficiently •Identify and provide solutions to file issues •Hospital Facilities that I currently work with: Advent Heath; Lowell General; Rutland Regional; St Peters Health Partners; Emerson: URMC UR Jones and UR Strong.
