As a Literacy Consultant, I serve on the Training Cadre and am a member of the Statewide School Improvement Team. In order to improve overall system health, I coach leadership teams to utilize the Department of Education Differentiated Accountability tools focusing on the health of the overall system in the following conceptual areas: Assessment and Data Based Decision Making, Universal Instruction, Intervention, Infrastructure, and Leadership.Additionally I work with individual systems to establish Professional Learning Communities by coaching leadership teams through laying the foundation for a functional Building Leadership Team and build capacity within Collaborative Teacher Teams.
