Responsible for all coordination of notifications of tier designations and appeals process for physicians and hospitals as well as updates to marketing and sales department of final placements. - Project Manager for product implementation of a new self-insured limited network product. Facilitated requirement sessions with lead business analyst, lead issue resolution sessions and maintained a very aggressive and tight time frame to launch product by a July 1 strike date. - Project Manager for implementation of web tool to provide cost estimates to members in compliance with both Massachusetts and Federal regulatory requirements. Facilitated all sessions with vendor completing development work for tool including review of requirements and business review sessions, mitigation planning for internal process absent of tool readiness, and closely monitored issues and project risks. - Project Manager leading the bi-annual process for business capacity planning. Facilitate sessions for all approved capital projects to review and updates of estimates hours and impact on departments company-wide to support corporate projects.
