Hatch Valley is a Chicago accelerator that focuses on helping entrepreneurs launch their minimally viable product - in as short as a weekend. As the Director of Hatch Valley, my role spanned Business Development, Client Strategy, Business Growth, and outward Communication and Events.

Managed the vision of a multi-product software suite, explored new product opportunities, validated customer needs, and balanced ROI with internal constraints. Launched the creation of software selling materials including demo systems and marketing collateral. Led a global team of ten developers, four QA consultants, and practice area leaders focused on the complete lifecycle of the product suite.

Provided market insights to Fortune 500 companies through interviewing experts and constructing forecasting models to understand market potential and entrance opportunities. Developed strategies to improve the performance of national sales forces through documented customer interactions and data analysis. Led a team of five core members and 20 extended members in a company-wide rebranding, which included developing key messages and global communications.
