I am a ITITAM Certified Software Asset Manager with a BCS certification in IT Asset Management.I have been involved in various aspects of the University strategic plan and vision both in my time in the University’s Project Support Office, as part of IT Services and now in the Directorate of Academic Support.I have a natural ability to prioritise, organise and plan and always go the extra mile in anything I do.During my time at the University I have achieved certification in Project Management, ITIL Service Management and Software Asset Management. As part of my current role I have provided documentation relating to proposed processes and recommendations for Asset Management (including Hardware and Software), the creation of a Hardware Asset Register, and also recommendations for centralised funding of Assets.
