Curiosity drives me in my work. I want each day to bring with it new knowledge about the world and the people in it. My work at Anglia Research Services indulges my need to learn and my insatiable curiosity. Over the years, the focus of my work has changed from estates with English and Welsh origins to researching predominantly cases with Caribbean origins. This work is incredibly rewarding. In one instance, tracing a beneficiary in Jamaica enabled him to buy a new mattress and have a concrete floor installed in his two room home. As part of my Caribbean research, I recruit, train and manage local researchers. As part of my work at Anglia Research Services, I train our entry-level case managers.
