Implemented solutions, Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, On/Offboarding, Talent and Learn, resulted in streamlined, automated processes with efficiencies and improved data integrity. Implementation includes workflows, self-service, mobile access and custom security roles to separate access to the colleges while implementing the solution in a global single instance. The solution includes custom integrations with multiple downstream systems and third-party benefits and tax-compliance providers.As the only Business Analyst on the HCM implementation, I oversaw the migration of data from the 3 different legacy systems into the single instance, which included multiple rounds of extraction, validation (to legacy), loading, and validation (to Oracle). I worked closely with our implementation partner, Hitachi Vantara, to ensure the system requirements for the 3 colleges were correctly configured and tested in System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, MOCK, and system Go-Live.
