• Major actions, supporting actions included: Materials and facilities management, budget management of a $6.2 million operation expenditure, human resource management, quality assurance compliance, new projects coordination, interdepartmental and medical staff relationships.• Developed the first internal pre-audit system for ICD-9 and CPT coding process for compliance expectation.
