About Lisa Hopper

Experienced Coach and former HR Professional with a demonstrated history and passion for working in people development.I work 1:1 with any individual who is committed and ready for change. I am also founder and lead coach at the UK School of Coaching & Self-Mastery. A 12-month transformational experience for heart-led coaches wanting to grow their business through a service first approach. My process is based on simplicity, action, and an understanding of the human design. I dedicate 100% of my attention and commitment to being with the person in-front of me in such a way that they feel loved, heard, understood and supported. Partnering in this way, my clients find the safety to be more honest with themselves than ever before. This level of honesty is what allows the deep transformation work needed to emerge. I don't do surface level change, I do deep, deep work that fundamentally transforms a person's life from the inside out.How we see ourselves and others creates our world. Our minds are a powerful tool, and yet we listen to the narrative that limits and contracts us. Often we are blind to this automatic, habitual, learned way of thinking. My process is simple and effective. It provides safety to challenge everything you think you know. It is not necessarily easy or comfortable. In fact, I am often told it may be the hardest work a person has ever done in their life. I am also regularly told it is the most liberating. But I don't need them to tell me that, I can see it for myself.
