Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—I took the one less traveled by,And that has made all the difference.--Robert Frost—I have known since I was a young child that I was “different” I don’t see the world the same way as the people around me do. When I read Robert Frost for the first time, this line of “The Road Not Taken” spoke to me. It was an awakening, different doesn’t equal flawed, it meant I was exceptional, unique. Following the principle of the road less traveled has afforded me a remarkable life and career.In 2018 I received a call from the Fabulous Lori Porter. When LoPo asks you to come work for her, you do not say “no”. Since then, I have worked tirelessly to help CNAs and the frail, elderly, and disabled they serve. During this time, I have recruited more than 20,000 CNAs for special projects. As well as developed relationships with companies, facilities, health care associations, and CNA Schools to help elevate the profession. When I’m not saving the world one CNA at a time you can find me reading, gardening, and cooking the organic food I grow. I’m a wife and a mother of 2 amazing adults. And I promise one day to write a book about my extraordinary adventures. Oh, and I LOVE tacos!!
