This is a continuation of the previous job that was resigned by another agency. Worked at Sony/Nashville handling reservations for staff, contest winners, bands, and solo artists. Booked groups including ground transportation and hotel bookings. Used Apollo reservation system.

Travel arranger for (originally) BMG Music. Transitioned from Rosenbluth to AMEX and from BMG to SonyBMG and finally Sony Music Nashville.

Booked travel for employees at Nissan Motor Manufacturing using both Sabre and Apollo and Nissan's PROFS system. Handled executive travel, international, and domestic travel at the onsite travel office in Smyrna.

Began at the Genesco office as a travel consultant on multiple corporate accounts. Moved to Music Row office to handle multiple corporate accounts. After closing of Music Row office----went back to consolidated Genesco office to handle high touch corporate accounts and plan events and fams for travel arrangers.Worked hand in hand with facilities manager and account manager to open Willis onsite office. I worked on build out, hiring, training, and customer service.
