Started in the business at the front desk, taking care of fifty employees, such as Principals, Producers, and Customer Service Managers. I was in charge of all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as, scanning all mail and faxes to the appropriate person. Answering a multi-line phone system, looking up policies in the AMS 360 system, and all other customer service related duties. I have advanced to the personal lines department, where I take care of the processing of many different customer and policy needs in the AMS 360 system. I have an insurance license for the property and casualty divisions of insurance. I would like to grow my insurance abilities and knowledge for my future development.
