- Responsible for preparing project plans that aid in moving projects forward, and act as the primary growth engine for VIP marketing and rebuilding clientele.
- Coordinate personalized direct mailings for assigned cities, support and cultivate new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.
- Responsible for meeting VIP guests, special interest groups, and special events, food service, bar tending, and menu selections.
- Skilled and trained on several gaming systems (Gamblers Bonus, IGT, BALLY’s, Tavern Tracker) and POS systems (Aloha & Micros) which involved ‘train the trainer’ methodology.
- Excel in customer service with energetic attitude, and outstanding ability to communicate with all types of people to build and maintain strong customer relationships to become trusted client advisor.
