Senior Account Manager
CurrentManage and coordinate new partner implementations/employer onboarding (liaison between partner/client/implementation resources)•Extensive knowledge in health benefits, medical coding/billing, medical compliance, Health Savings Accounts, Flex Spending Accounts, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts.•Proactively oversee, monitor and liaise with partner on transactions and interactions and coordinate partner communications,•Create project plans with a sense of urgency, that aid in moving projects forward, and act as the primary growth engine for training and compliance education,•Primary contact of all issues and opportunities related to partner and act as the primary lead for issue resolution from identification to completion,•Coordinate weekly/monthly client status meetings and lead annual review client meetings with data/report delivery, analytical interpretation of data/reports, and Contract renewal/Amendment execution,•Solve complex problems and provide professional coaching to clients on effective use of our products,•Ability to accelerate company growth by thinking beyond the norm and contributing new ideas and build client loyalty by delivering excellent follow-through and follow-up to the clients,•Strong ability to identify customer need and the ability to provide proper rationale for utilizing internal business capabilities to solve the need,•Strong interpersonal communications skills and flexibility to appropriately influence other from an internal and external perspective
