Working as the Team Leader Client Services for LSA within the EFM group.

I was approached to return to the office to head up the transition of the NSW call centre back to the Melbourne Office. I had always had aspirations of managing so this was a great opportunity for me. I started as the TL for NSW (2IC) Southern Region and then moved into Team Leader Southern Region in late 2013.

I was promoted to Sales Representative - Hardware & Electrical in 2008. This position involved servicing the large Hardware network Vinidex held & building the electrical market through relationship building, creating marketing material & achieving budget goals.

I started at Vinidex as a CSO in the distributors market. After approximately 4 months, I moved into the Civil (Engineered Services) area of the business which involved more specialised fittings, project management & relationship building.

I working in the head office starting out managing the batteries & findings department of the business and then moved into managing the catalogues.

I started at Hosking's as a Retail Sales Assistant at their store in Parkmore, Keysborough. This was a fantastic company to work for so when the opportunity arose to move into the head office on a fulltime basis I jumped at the chance.
