• Manage and support a portfolio of c. 250 Commercial customers with borrowing requirements up to £30 million by providing face to face and telephone contact for all financial needs.• Liaise with business partners to protect Clients by introducing a specialist in Employment Law, Health & Safety and Environmental Management to give customers peace of mind. Recently introducing several businesses to this product and preventing fines and court cases arising.• Complete all required steps with Credit Applications, including instructing Professional Valuers, the Perfection of security of land and buildings and preparing Credit Documentation, to allow lending deals to be completed efficiently. • Ensure timely receipt of regular Management Information. This allows me to confirm the clients borrowing is both affordable and within regulatory guidelines.• Liaise with clients who are experiencing pressure with their finances and act as an intermediary between them and Specialists Teams.

• Support a team of 10 Relationship Managers with portfolios of 80 clients each. • First point of contact for clients, providing them with a personalised service and resolving their day to day enquiries. • Producing facility agreements for lending products often working within tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.• Undertake complex security requisitions to ensure any borrowing agreed is appropriately secured and compliant. • Maintaining high client satisfaction through frequent contact.

• Assist Relationship Managers in exceeding income and new business targets, identifying lending or solution opportunities from existing knowledge or prospecting data available to me. • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, become a trusted business partner and provide tailored solutions for all of the clients financial requirements. • Due to my success within this role I was given my own ‘sub’ portfolio of customers to manage with my own targets for service and income set by the Relationship Manager.
