With over 25 years in non-profit management, I take pride in being an innovative and empowering leader. From my early career of working with people with developmental disabilities, to advocating for LGBTQ2S+ communities, to infant mental health, to youth mental health (with a few stops in between) the theme has always been social justice and trying to level the playing field for people who are marginalized.
