Drive the coordination and collaboration with internal and external customers for the on-highway division to effectively review, process and submit bids for North America. Partner with sales, operations and legal to ensure compliance with the bid specifications, terms and conditions, pricing and other requirements specific to each individual bid.

Process incoming orders including order acknowledgement, launching purchase orders and work orders to production. Communicate and interface with customers to insure timely delivery of equipment. Assist with minor technical questions as required. Assist with entry and maintenance of bills of materials for production. Sales support activities including assistance with parts cost pricing for quotes and coordination of submittals which coincides with customer quote/order.

Serve as a liaison between Hamilton Scientific and the dealer network. Provide exceptional customer service support to the dealer network by getting accurate pricing for projects, addressing concerns promptly, and answering product questions with the help of other internal Hamilton Scientific departments. Manage the online database SalesForce for all projects within the company to keep it up-to-date and as accurate as possible. Facilitate phone calls, conference calls, and emails with the sales representatives from the dealer network to stay on top of all projects.

Prepare and submit all flight manifests, ensuring that all passenger information is correct. Customer service, making flight reservations and answering passenger questions.Prepare all promotional letters for customers.

Obtain detailed assignment information from customers and utilize it to provide effective customer service through placing skilled employees. Interview and test applicants to evaluate their qualifications for assignments. Monitor temporary employee attendance and performance, and discipline or terminate when necessary.

Liaison between the March of dimes, its volunteers, and the local community by recruiting volunteer participation, corporate participation, and sponsorship. Manage and provide leadership to volunteer committees to ensure that the members are fully supported and accomplish tasks required for events. Prepare and maintain accurate records/data to evaluate cost effectiveness, profitability, and public awareness of events.

Provide superior secretarial skills and support to the Director of Retail Marketing and two sales associates. Accurately prepare, manage, and maintain expense and other records. Handle all arrangements for travel for three associates that include all flight arrangements, lodging, transportation, and meals.
