The Order Fulfillment Team Lead is responsible for overseeing all OF team functions including FPL management, Hotline/Warmline management, Release and Transition Support, and Production Support. The Order Fulfillment Team Lead is also responsible for career development, budget forecasting, work planning, and performance feedback for all Accenture, Subcontractor, and Teaming Partner team members.As the Order Fulfillment Team Lead, I am responsible for the SAP SD and MM applications at my client. My team has a very large scope, supporting more than 600,000 transactions daily (75% of all transaction processing) and more than 300 RICE objects. My team is also involved with many other cross-team initiatives including the SAP Upgrade and other large efforts.

Responsible for all sales order and extract related problem tickets and enhancement requests. Oversee workflow support, CRM support, monthly rollout support, batch performance and error resolution, R2.2.1 Organizational Alignment analysis/design/testing/cutover planning, R2.2.1 SOS analysis/design/testing, R2.2.1 cutover planning. Responsible for managing five Accenture Functional Analysts including responsibility for their career development, budget forecasting, near and long term work planning, and performance feedback.

Responsible for the identification, analysis, resolution, and communication of issues in the areas of workflow, sales order management, and rollouts.Coordinate regression testing activites for the Order Fulfillment team for multiple releases. Responsible for creating, executing, and documenting comprehensive test plans for assigned problem or enhancement fixes. Responsible for interface monitoring and corresponding production support tasks.
