I Have many skills in many areas from Care to Training to Recruitment to customer services. I have supervised staff and during my career i have gained great knowledge and continued to learn to better myself. I like to learn and study to benefit me in the future. I am currently studying for a level 5 Leadership and Management Diploma which has been challenging but will be rewarding for my Career. I have managed staff with just 1 other colleague helping me when the previous manager left, i am intuitive, focused with a strong customer-related background and have a proactive approach to training, workshops and course delivery.
