In addition to previous responsibilities, managed buyers and assistant buyers for multiple categories including graphic novels and manga. Coordinated cross-department projects for Merchandise to streamline both communication and ensure deadlines were met. Responsible for all Merchandise planning for over 250 stores. Worked with the Merchandise department to formulate promotional plans as well as with the Operations Department in communicating the plan. Ensured all Co-op/MDF claims were observed in stores as well as on BAMM.com. Worked with fixture manufacturers in creating new fixtures for stores. Managed Marketing budget as well as fixture capital expenditure budget for the company.

Responsible for all store training including updating all Training Manuals, Teaching training classes for General and District Level managers. Responsible for communication to store level associates with all communication from the corporate office. Managed the layout and operations of the internal Customer Service / associate communication website.
